Hello,
the old school says that the equity share should be at least 30% of the construction sum/purchase price. And that the annuity should not exceed 40% of the salary (preferably only of the main earner).
But how many still meet the perfect criteria nowadays?

I would be happy if users reveal their % numbers

Best regards and have a nice Sunday evening

how does the interesting ratio between low equity but very good percentage repayment rate come about? Not saved for a home beforehand? Or bought immediately after starting a job?
