Hello! I wanted to register as a new customer at Ikea Germany. This was not possible, with the reason that an account with my email address already exists. In fact, I opened an account with IKEA Germany four years ago. So I tried to log in again. Unfortunately, I was missing the password, so I requested a new one. However, I did not receive the new password in my email address. I know that I could register with a different email address. However, I would like to know why I did not receive the new password.
