Registering a building obligation for a garage - advantages / disadvantages?

To be honest, I don't understand why anyone would plan larger than the magical number of 9 meters. Nothing against you, but as a planner, I choose dimensions that don't cause any effort, at least for a garage. It shouldn't come down to 20 cm in length.

I'm wondering the same thing. Months ago, I communicated my wishes regarding the garage (clear dimensions) to the planner. Until today, I didn't know about the "problems" or requirements for boundary construction. Last night, he presented me with the final version of all drafts for the house and garage. Then he briefly explained the "excess length" of the garage. He also immediately had a solution to the problem... but I won't write it here because it’s not - well, you can probably guess.

Since the total length including the roof overhang counts, it's actually 60 cm...

Well, you were talking about 9.20 total length, now 9.60... which is it? Shorten until 9m is reached and everything will be fine. Whether with iloder or without anything, or shorten the roof overhang...
