A cul-de-sac with clarified access rights for the neighbors leads past our property to the last house. No problem so far.

What if one day this very large property, for example, is bought by a developer to build mini-parcels with numerous semi-detached houses?

What rights of objection / claims do we have as directly affected neighbors?

- towards the municipality and/or a possible new owner

If you want to be on the safe side: sell and look for a new property. What good are objection rights to you? A right to high legal costs, much excitement, uncertain outcome...

There are no plots of land here, and if there are, they come at exorbitant prices.

So you need good legal expenses insurance.

What rights of objection are there?

Why should the neighbor's property suddenly be completely covered with a semi-detached house? Does the development plan even allow that? How big is the property?
