Only builders who have built in Austria themselves can answer that for you. For example, I have no overview of construction costs in Austria.

However, I would guess that venetian blinds, like wood-clad aluminum windows, are not inexpensive where you are either; as for the chimney draft, it depends on whether an internal or external installation is desired. In Germany, external chimneys made of stainless steel are significantly cheaper, but they do not suit every architecture.

About three weeks ago, there was a report on house construction in Austria on servus tv. I myself had the feeling that it is 20-30% more expensive than in Germany. Nevertheless, 60% of Austrians own a home and thus more than in Germany.
