Boiler: Junkers has released the Cerapur 9000i, which looks nice, comes from your region, and can heat water with 30kw!? -> so you can have 3 people showering at the same time.
You can get plastic windows cheaply, and we have them too (contact via PM is welcome). But today I would rather pay more and choose wood-aluminum or plastic-aluminum.
Bus system was not within our budget and I have never missed it since – because I don't know it.
