Recommendations for GU in Hanau / MKK / FFM - Thanks for tips

Hello everyone,

we are currently looking for someone to realize our construction project with us. Specifically, we are looking for a general contractor who builds solid structures. Prefabricated house providers and architects are initially excluded.

We have the option to have the design planning created by an architect, but we at least need a construction manager. Since we cannot find a freelance construction manager, we are now looking for a general contractor who ideally builds on the design planning.

So far, we have found the following companies:
- B.K. Bauunternehmen from Bruchköbel
- Nidderau Objekt-Bau GmbH
- Heim & Haus Massivbau GmbH from Nidderau
- Weton from Limburg

Unfortunately, we cannot say anything about the companies and maybe you have ideas, suggestions, and experience reports. We would be very happy :-)

Hello Peter,

we are building with an architect, but I have only heard good things about WETON from Limburg. The offer was indeed above the cost estimate from our architect, but that is not really comparable anyway.
I do not know the other companies and cannot say anything about them.
