we have discovered an interesting property - new construction of a [REH]. Now I have requested the Schufa information from the developer via schufa.de. Unfortunately, the Schufa score of the company is really bad. There is even data in the public debtor register. Now I am, of course, skeptical and disappointed! We have also already paid the reservation fee. Now I actually don’t know what I want to hear from you. The developer currently has 3 new construction projects running. One of the projects is almost finished!

What consequences could arise for us if we get involved with such a construction company?
