Hello "Ricard0". At the moment, I would stay away from solutions with a DIY character! Did you have a planner/architect or a general contractor? Then this circumstance described by you should be formally complained about in writing. The planning height information can be understood from the plans. And the "binding meter mark" either still exists in your house, it was probably plastered over and just needs to be scraped off to be able to understand the relative construction heights (of the screed and also the door frames). Or, in case of a dispute, the meter mark can also be newly created by a surveying office. From my point of view, that would be the most sensible option.
