Rain shower drips arbitrarily

Hi,
we have installed a rain shower from IdealStandard (the square one) here. Lately, it has started dripping on its own more frequently. The last use was easily 12 hours ago. Sometimes only one of the openings drips, sometimes several.

Do you have any idea what it could be due to?

A vacuum is created in the hose to the showerhead or to the rod of the rain shower when the water is turned off. The water wants to flow out of the hose or pipe, but when the water is turned off, neither air nor water comes in from the back. After a while, a pressure equalization begins from the showerhead with the vacuum to the ambient pressure, and the water held by the vacuum drips out. If the air pressure in the bathroom later changes again (due to heat or cold), the shower can even drip again much later. You could try, when you are finished showering, to set the regulator back to the shower hose; maybe this will bring the relief you desire in your case.

I think I have to read it again later to understand it.
However, our shower hose has a separate regulator. We have one for the temperature and one each for the water volume of the rain shower and the shower hose.

I just googled this problem and came across this page. Interestingly, we also have a square rainforest shower from IdealStandard. Is this just a coincidence or some kind of design flaw in the shower?
Have you been able to solve the problem somehow? If we forget to close the bathroom door, it can happen that you get woken up in the middle of the night. Not so great. Especially for a new build.

but also the ingress of air into the shower arm causes water to leak from it.
