Hello dear ones! I have a few small questions, maybe you can help me. 1. Next year we are building a single-family house, we paid for the land from our own funds and recently had a financing discussion with a loan broker. We want to finance 295,000 euros and have a good offer from an insurance company. But it is a real loan, nothing combined with a life insurance policy or something like that. Does it make any difference in terms of security whether financed by an insurance company or a credit institution? What happens if the company goes bankrupt in the worst case? Can the loan then become due immediately? We have an interest rate fixed for 20 years. 2. We would have a monthly rate of 1,050 euros and earn the following: he 2,900 € net, I (50%) 1,600 € net (civil servant). So far my husband had a term life insurance of 200,000 € and a disability insurance with a guaranteed monthly pension of 1,700 €. I had nothing until now. An adjustment to the new circumstances would probably make sense. What would you do there??? 3. Thanks in advance! Best regards, Ulli
