So he has to offer me a 6-way multiswitch instead of the offered 4-way multiswitch? So I should call him again to clarify this. I just thought maybe he is aware of this and with 2 cables to a 4-way multiswitch you can make 4 and with the remaining 2 that makes 6 in total :)

The programs are on 4 bands, vertical low, vertical high, horizontal low and horizontal high. These are the four channels that the multiswitch from [Spiegel] taps. And the multiswitch passes the corresponding signal to the terminal devices. Programs that are on one band can then all be received, so theoretically unlimited terminal devices can be operated in the end.

It should look approximately like this, you just have to imagine 12 cables removed at the inputs below, since you are only connecting one LNB.
This is how it looks when you use 4 satellites (16 inputs) and 7 receivers.
