Questions about basement construction in relation to KfW 40 Plus

We have consciously decided AGAINST any KfW stuff. And the house is still roughly at KfW 55 level. Ultimately, with a modern house, it is not the technology that determines the resale value but the location and the architecture. If you build with [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] and [Wärmepumpe], you already have 2 advantages. I wouldn't commit to more, as long as it is not a timber frame house.

The planned house is a prefabricated house in timber frame construction. Of course, they calculate for you how low the additional costs are and through the funding programs you get cheap loans, but how much difference it makes compared to a normal house is not quantified. It is very difficult for me to assess the whole thing.
