@without Now, a bit more concrete. 190,000 with 4.5% Da.-interest and 1% initial repayment cost 870.83€ per month. You don't really want to exceed 1,000 €. But since no one knows which interest rate will actually be charged in 6 years, it's not that simple. Savings rate 400€ & 2 immediate special payments of 2,000€ (old home savings contract & cash) Repayment 400€ results in a home savings amount of 77,400/ allocation in approx. 74 months Da.claim 40,989.42 Nominal interest 2.8% Eff.interest 3.04%. If the contract was only needed a year later, an allocated BSS of 88,400€ would result. Completion fee 1% No Da.-fee Questions?
