I assume that the haha refers to the fact that OP finds it funny, possibly outdated, to take a set square in hand ;)

That was exactly what was meant.
I received the PDF from the authority, but it seems to have been scanned.
But 10x12 or 9.5x12 was confirmed to me.

Yes, a PDF from the plot, not from CAD: that is common - simply because of the signatures and stamp notes that are added during the document's lifecycle. However, there are usually enough specified dimensions (street widths, etc.) from which the scale can be verified.

If there is genuine interest, get the site plan for 200€+ You can then really measure with a set square on it :)

If one of the two halves is already in place, you can save yourself the measuring. Ring your future neighbor's doorbell, because your house will look exactly the same :)

That’s exactly not the case as far as I understood correctly in the other thread. The main thing is 40°, but it doesn’t have to be a 1-to-1 match.
