We have around 3.1% for 30 years - also full financers. I would really take a look at alternatives.

Well, with your equity, I would still try to be finished in 15 years. Then the interest rates in 15 years won’t matter to you...

Hm unfortunately 15 years is not possible, want/must finance the house alone. And net 2700 with 14 monthly salaries does not allow anything faster for me :-(

Why do you always look for excuses? Jaydee said that he got almost the same interest rate for 30 years. The 15 years were just our solution. With your equity, an interest rate of 2.5-2.8% is definitely possible. Just visit a financer. They get better offers than we do.
