I would start by tackling the issue from the side and ask why it should be a 70. You would have looked at home and seen that the pipe isn't a 70 and have now been thinking about it.

Well, whether 50 or 70 doesn't really matter if I definitely don't want the pipe as a casing in the basement room. I would suggest having the pipe laid between the ceiling and the screed? Just as Uwe82 described.

Hmm, the question is what kind of floor construction he has.

If, for example, 62mm of screed surrounds the underfloor heating and there is only 40mm of floor insulation underneath, it becomes difficult to hide a pipe with a slope inside without adjusting the ceiling accordingly, or the screed would have to be thinner. None of this is ideal.

In that case, the boxing is basically just a visual restriction.

Good morning

Assuming that the unventilated pipe length exceeds 4 m, the dimensioning in DN 70 is already correct.

Is it possibly not feasible, with the structural engineer's approval, to route the pipe in the concrete ceiling?
