Don't ask me how to read the construction service description for your push-button switch. However, it should be said about the equipment that it is only a minimal configuration. Example living/dining area with nine sockets. If you do not want to work with multiple power strips, this is far too few. You need sockets for: TV, receiver, DVD/BluRay, PlayStation or similar, telephone base station, hi-fi, floor lamp, lighting for cabinets/display cases, charging cables for mobile phone/tablet/notebook, etc. Then there are only two lighting points = one at the coffee table and one at the dining table (I suppose). Do you also want wall lamps? Does the housewife want to install illuminated decorations in winter, for example?

I would also avoid single sockets as much as possible and take double sockets instead. Then you could also install network cabling (the telephone can also run through it). Speaker cables for stereo system/surround sound directly in the wall? Cables for wall-mounted flatscreen directly laid in a cable duct recessed in the wall?

You can never have enough sockets; additional wall outlets are also good. In the bathroom, for example, the mirror cabinet could be switchable both at the washbasin/cabinet and from the door. We have planned about 140 sockets for 250 sqm of living space (including storage rooms, since we do not have a basement). In addition, there are countless ceiling spots + additional outlets in ceilings and walls to at least have the possibility to connect lamps there.

Ok, thanks already for the response. I had suspected that this is a minimal configuration. Hence my question.

140 sockets?! Intense. I really don't think we need that many.

What additional costs should be planned for the extra requirements?

Roughly, your questions have already been answered, namely here:

140 sockets is not so unrealistic.
We planned 121 for 171m² of living space.

Ok, thanks already. And what can you normally roughly expect as additional costs per socket? Of course, I will also ask my builder about it, but maybe someone can already give some pointers.

The price varies greatly...usually between €30 and €100 per socket or empty conduit box...depending on the electrician
