Hello everyone,
we want to build a single-family house with about 130-140 sqm (1.5 floors, roof east-west, 4 people). A photovoltaic system should be installed on the roof and a heat pump should provide hot water and heating (underfloor heating or heating/cooling ceiling). A fireplace for "watching the fire" should also be included.
I am currently considering various options:
1. only photovoltaic + air/water heat pump
2. PVT panel + brine/water heat pump directly
3. only photovoltaic + solar absorber + ice storage + brine/water heat pump
I understand that the costs vary greatly here. Since I believe that we will increasingly need "cooling" in summer in the future, option 3 would be my favorite.
Do you have any other ideas or experiences with the components? Fireplace simple or water-bearing? Cooling ceiling or underfloor heating?
Looking forward to feedback.
