Certainly, you have special reasons to use this cable. However, it is not suitable for earthing, nor is it permissible with a protective conduit. As a supply line for an entire house, a 5x16 is probably the better choice. I suspect the meter installation is located outside the house; in that case, the entire length is also crucial.

My mistake, it is of course a 5x16. Since it is laid in a cable protection conduit (so not the stainless steel corrugated tube, but separately again in a Kabuflex), separated from the ground, and there seems to be no real alternative, my electrician agrees with the use.
