Pull satellite cable through the crawl space ventilation

I want to convert our house from cable to satellite and mount the dish on the exterior wall. As the best option to bring the four cables into the house, I possibly see the option of pulling the cables through one of the ventilation grilles of the crawl space. Then lay the cables through the crawl space to the house connection room. I would like to access the house connection room through the relatively thick Telekom pipe, which I would then have to cut open with a sharp knife.

We have a terraced house built in 2001 by Viterra Baupartner. What do you think? Is all this safe and what else should I consider? Can you also tell me if I need to think about grounding for wall mounting, because there are conflicting statements about that... Thank you very much!
