We had taken out a small loan through the direct bank back then... it was around 4% or so. It was really quite okay, I can recommend it, feel free to contact me via pn.

So now it’s getting serious, we have basically agreed with the broker, now he wants to give us an offer for his AWD loans... But we have actually more or less agreed with the Sparkasse on a normal loan, without a Bauspar contract or anything else.... Can anyone say something about AWD...

I already suspected that, my mother had also taken out her loan through AWD back then and it turned out to be rubbish with no goal in sight....
