Property purchase - Building land - Garden land?

I never claimed that either. But it was helpful. People were... let's say skeptical. They wanted to know why we wanted to inspect [the property]. We also had nothing to hide. A nice conversation works wonders. That way, we could stop by the very same week. I think it's really important for negotiations to know exactly what kind of property it is.
