Unfortunately correct! What surprises me is absolutely this inspection. As if the purchase price were too high

Wow. Fortunately, for me it’s "only" a five-figure amount that I borrowed from our renovation budget (because the purchase price was already due). But when I imagine that someone needs the money for payment and is then kept waiting by the bank for months and, in the worst case, has to pay the seller interest on arrears or something similar, I can’t imagine that a consumer wouldn’t be somehow protected from that? I can’t find any deadline in my documents. Interesting topic.

Seems to be standard at the bank. I can't imagine it’s because of the purchase price (74,000€). I actually find it ridiculous to insist on an appraisal for that amount, especially since I can provide an incredible number of securities.

Oh dear, I just realized that the estimated value of the property is significantly lower. However, I don't know where it comes from. Possibly because of that...

Hello, I just wanted to quickly inform you how it turned out Somehow the tenants and the [Gutachter-Firma] managed to arrange an appointment. I didn't even find out when it was and how long it took afterwards, but one day I had the money in my account Next time I will think three times whether the better interest rate is worth such effort and uncertainty...
