Property duplex new build - which side to choose

we are planning a semi-detached house and are undecided which side is the better choice.

Since we are building privately with construction partners and want to reach the best possible agreement, I am interested in your neutral assessment – also based on the surrounding development. It concerns the parcel 750/29. Currently, there is still an existing building there. The new building is shown on the green sketch.

Both look very similar, that's good for agreeing. The cardinal directions – which you can't see on the plans – make your own picture: sun on the terrace, in the living room, etc. when at what time? In that, the two halves will differ...

Thank you!! The division is exactly 50:50, which is great. It’s about the cardinal directions. North is always at the top on the site plans.

Well then, I would, but that is a matter of taste, prefer the half at the bottom of the plan, as it receives light and sun from the east, south, and west... Best regards
