Yes, the offer for the residual financing must already be available. The other bank is of course initially not happy to finance €200,000 (or whatever comes out for you) less. But the bank gets the 1st priority in the land register and therefore it is a secure transaction for them. This then naturally has a quite positive effect on the interest rate.

Hello,

I recently became aware of WI Bank. According to the funding calculator, we meet the requirements, and I was told that the application should be submitted by email.

Now I have a question about the application; the filling aid does not give me a clear answer there.

The property is supposed to cost 450K, the incidental purchase costs are about 52K, making a total value of 502,000€ in point 6.2.6.

A total of 400,000€ should be borrowed.

What should be entered in point 7 / 7.1.1?

Where is the equity capital inserted?

When I enter 200,000€ there, at the end it says: Finanzierung ungleich Kosten.

Under 7 or 7.1 and following, the external funds are entered. So if you finance the 400,000 with 2 banks, Bank 1 goes into 7.1 and the Wibank into line 7.2. Of course, with the specified conditions. Your equity capital then goes under 7.3. All values together must then total 502,000.

However, I only have an older form available and cannot guarantee the accuracy of my statements.
