Or, if you don’t necessarily have to walk around the house, also a semi-detached house. This, in turn, is cheapest as a terraced end house in a townhouse settlement. Ideally brand new, and you can then design the interior yourself instead of having to spend the first year dealing with renovation and remodeling in an existing property. On top of that, there is better price control compared to a general contractor or renovating an existing property.

In existing properties, however, the outdoor area is usually completely done from the start.

Right- this round the house usually inevitably leads through the garage garden door in most cases.

Reputable sales exist – where the boss does it themselves, and thus rather not in the model home parks. Often this is already possible if one is willing to break away from the garage-to-house sticking dogma.
