Problems with Ikea Besta dresser and Inreda drawers

Hello everyone,
I recently bought a Besta dresser, which among other things also includes 4 drawers.
Unfortunately, the drawers cannot be fully pulled out because the fronts are hitting against each other. This is partly due to the lower edge of the upper front scraping against the handle of the lower front. (Blankett 50mm)
The gaps between the individual drawers also vary.
These are Inreda drawers (60x7x40) with standard slides.

As far as I can judge, the drawers are assembled correctly and the rails should also be properly installed.
Do you have any idea what might be causing the problem?

Hello, only with the full extensions can a little adjustment be made. First, check whether the handles rest fully on the edges. If the screws are not positioned exactly in the middle of the holes, the handle will be slightly pulled into a skewed position when tightening the screws. Otherwise, you can only try whether anything changes if you swap the drawers in all possible combinations.
