Problems with dormer width in a semi-detached house

It is considered a dormer.

Are we still talking about the picture from #1? Anyone who calls that a dormer has no idea about construction. But it fits with the design specifications of the development plan and the implementation in the building area. It's annoying when, as a builder or otherwise involved in construction, you are exposed to incompetent authority employees. Maybe there will be some positive feedback when the caseworker has done her homework.
