hello,
I finally bought a Faktum kitchen from Ikea today. However, I have a problem with the corner base cabinet fa159. According to the "ikea home planner," the upper central bar (the "T") should be installable both right- and left-facing. I heard different opinions from Ikea employees beforehand (some said it was not possible, others said the opposite). This is important for me because I have to install the sink in this corner cabinet exactly where the right part of the "T" is (see picture in the link).
Now I wanted to assemble the part, and unfortunately, there is only one way to assemble it. At least, that's the only one I see. If the holes for the feet on the base plate were on the other side, it would work, but otherwise, it seems impossible. Does anyone have experience with this part or ideas about what I could do? Besides cutting the T or turning it into an L right away.
best regards
