Hello Ikea friends,
I need your help.
Yesterday I wanted to apply for the Ikea payment card on the Ikea website. So far so good, I let the program guide me and everything went fine until the point where the application is reviewed.
I had entered €1,000 as the credit limit. As the payment method, I chose the option where you pay a certain % of your balance on your account, but at least 3%. I decided on 10% and entered it.
I entered the rest and then the application was supposed to be reviewed. Then I received the message that my application cannot be reviewed and printed because the interest is higher than the installment . Then it also says if the error continues, I should contact this and that phone number.
Am I misunderstanding something here or is this a system error? It says at least 3% and I am going with 10%.
Am I doing something wrong? I then tried the whole thing with different credit limits and % rates for repayment, and this message always came up.
I feel a bit silly filling out such an application and hope one of you knows what to do.
