There are particularly clever people who buy such streets and then try to extort excessive usage fees from the residents. Otherwise, they forbid you from using it and you can beam yourself onto your property. Currently, such a case is again circulating in the press. It's probably not completely legal, but in the end it's probably easier and less stressful than a homeowners' association buying and managing such a street, instead of fighting with some stranger in court.The question is, what use is it to you to own the street? All rights to use it must be registered in the land register/easement register. Will anyone outside even buy it?
