Hello everyone,
I bought a condominium from a developer, which is currently under construction. During the construction process, due to technical reasons (not caused by me), a change to the plan was necessary, so the new living area slightly differs from the contractually guaranteed living area (however, it is only 0.1 sqm). Does it make sense or do I have a chance for a price reduction because of this? I know that it is very, very little, but I also have to pay extra for any additional requests!
Thank you very much for your opinions in advance
