Price realistic?

Attention! Turnkey usually means *without* floors and wall coverings (one doesn’t have to understand it, but that’s how it is). I think we did something wrong because for the mentioned amount we would barely get half a house. :(

if the OP would finally get in touch, we might know what you can get for 1000€/sqm :-)

perhaps elaborate a bit and be more specific than a two-liner...

What matters is what is stated in the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung]....

We have also built in the Tuttlingen area, 160 sqm (almost) turnkey, and your price seems very cheap to me.
