Price realistic?

:)hello, we have received our first offer and I wanted to ask you if the price is realistic. We have 200sqm of living space on two full floors. The offer is turnkey. Included is a bit of outdoor landscaping, about 50sqm of paving. With air-to-water heat pump without a basement for 208,000 thousand. Is that okay?

Please provide a bit more information. But about 1000€ / sqm sounds suspiciously cheap. No own work? I think there are definitely still some items missing. I hardly believe that this is turnkey.

208,000€ ?!? Something must be wrong... And heat pump? And outdoor area?? Who is building you the house??
