Have you possibly hesitated between wood-aluminum and plastic, obtained quotes for both, and what did you decide on? Unfortunately, we are not yet at the point where we know our exact window measurements, but I have already calculated one or another measurement in various configurators and usually come to about double the price for wood-aluminum compared to plastic windows. In both cases [7016 outside], burglary-resistant A3, mushroom head locking mechanism RC2N, high-quality spacers, and everything that can be installed in a window (so actually a lot of price also for the glass and other components, still about double the price), also KFW55 standard (and still they are 6-chamber profiles – I have not yet come across the 7-chamber profiles mentioned by the building expert). Roughly calculated, wood-aluminum windows cost 10,000 to 15,000 EUR more than comparable plastic windows – does that more or less correspond or have you had different experiences?
