Yes, that's right, we moved the walls again upstairs and also removed the dormer, but forgot to adjust the room areas. The lower one already has almost 11 sqm, but the upper one is much smaller. At the spot where the bathtub is, as mentioned, there used to be a dormer and the bathtub was not reconsidered. Having only one room upstairs, I think, is a good idea. I see there are still a few rough edges, we haven't involved an architect yet, so I was also aware that a few things probably don't fit. (even though my opinion of architects is not the best due to my profession :D... Finding a really good one is not easy) On your sketch, the small WC is probably not possible like that, the roof here has an overhang compared to the existing building and the room height there is almost non-existent. This also affects the utility room. Tricky... Best regards Edit: unfortunately, we can hardly influence the heights, unless we make the extension narrower.
