Preliminary insolvency of the developer - What to do?

I cannot name any names at the moment, but I will catch up on that later, as it is not yet allowed by the insolvency administrator.

I would find it interesting to get the latest annual report from the Bundesanzeiger and see if there are any initial signs of a certain financial distress.

Company Selecthaus in Kupferzell. I have already informed myself, the first signs appeared in October but unfortunately nothing was really "published" about it.

So, after a long time here is some feedback again. The bankruptcy concerns Selecthaus GmbH in Kupferzell. The managing director is now facing criminal charges for delay of insolvency proceedings and the court hearing is on 05.02. Unfortunately, the managing director is only a puppet for a gentleman who has already let several companies go bankrupt and this time he will get away unscathed again.

The last annual report was deliberately withheld because it already showed a deficit and since June 2016 there were debts with various health insurance companies on installment payments

It's obviously tough. How are things going for you? Are you building? The 15% is basically gone.
