Additional wishes/special features/daily routine, also reasons why this or that should or should not be
The living area should be somewhat separated from the kitchen, especially here I am curious about suggestions on how to design something like this.

House design
Planner:
-Do-it-Yourself
What do you like in particular? Why?

What do you not like? Why?
Especially long driveway to the garage
Price estimate according to architect/planner:
not available
Personal price limit for the house, incl. equipment:
€400,000 without plot
Preferred heating technology:
air-water heat pump with ventilation system

If you have to do without, which details/extensions
-can you do without:
overall floor plan could possibly be a bit smaller with clever planning
-can you not do without:
garage

Why did the design turn out the way it is now? e.g.
Standard design from planner?
I have been revising the design on and off for about a year, looked at various floor plans, visited model home exhibitions, and researched online

What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes?
I hope that, especially through the possibility of having already furnished the rooms with furniture, I have thought of many things, especially distances, walkways, etc.

What is the most important/basic question about the floor plan summarized in 130 characters?

In your opinion, can the floor plan still be optimized further to avoid wasting unnecessary space, are the rooms big enough (utility room)

If I have forgotten any information, I will try to provide it as soon as possible.

Can you please dimension the floor plan and add a north arrow?

Hi

The plot is quite challenging for a successful design.

The technical room is sufficiently large.
The hallway has too many recesses and projections for my taste, and the pantry is difficult to use; I would rather place tall cabinets and eliminate the pantry.
Why are the two doors to the living and dining room right next to each other?

Pantry out

Bathroom ground floor looks a bit small.

Budget including incidental construction costs, garage, outdoor area too small

@ haydee what budget do you think I should expect for the floor plan?

@ wrobel I have removed the left door, you are right, it is unnecessary
