I agree.

In short, it can be said that one is guided by intuition anyway.
Furthermore, you cannot compare a cheap prefab house manufacturer with a high-quality one. In the case of the cheap ones, it is often the case that the bank only finances 80%.
Some builders are not suitable for solid construction because they see a defect in every offset or patched stone; others get a crisis if a drywall doesn't sound solid.

But only inform yourself about what you really want to know. Those who keep their ears too wide open will hear plenty of nonsense that drives them into all sorts of dead ends. The "chains of argument" of the hate preachers mostly rely on half-knowledge remnants stuck somewhere in physics lessons, which still make even the dumbest fears seem somewhat justified. Whereas inflexibility in varying (moving walls, changing knee walls or roof pitch) is not a privilege of prefab house providers. However, prefab house providers are often more reasonable in that they reject wishes that do not work (e.g., the builder wants to partition a dressing room where you can barely move – some solid construction general contractors are pretty indifferent about that).
