Hello, we are building the house type 147 as a townhouse with ELK HAUS Germany, but without the office extension. So far, we are satisfied. I believe it also always depends on what expectations you have of your contracting partner. Of course, we have bought a so-called catalog house because we think that the floor plan would probably not change significantly through an architectural design. If so, only with complications or additional costs. Regarding the ELK consultants in Leipzig and Dresden, we can only report positive experiences so far. They first showed us the possibilities with ELK Haus and then presented a concrete plan with dates on how everything would work. We also spoke with other former ELK Haus customers who, apart from minor issues (e.g., the construction power box was only collected later by the electrician, and an electric roller shutter could not initially be operated remotely, panel error – all of which was later fixed without any problems), also reported only positive experiences. Our house is now nearing handover, and we are happy that everything worked out so well. So from us, the Marx family, there is a positive opinion about ELK Haus. We wish you all the best with your house construction. PS: The heating with the ventilation actually works wonderfully, quiet, efficient, nicely warm, and great air. We bought a fireplace anyway, you never know.
