Well, what precautions have you taken at your houses/construction sites for today and the next few days?

Construction stop?
Or will the work continue as normal?

We have already finished building the house, but we have brought everything that is not anchored into the garage.
Hopefully, the tiles will hold with the clips.

Strangely, the neighbors put up the entire scaffolding yesterday evening because the workers will be roofing next week.. ops:
I wonder if that was a good idea

It turns from SSW to SW to W, reaching peaks of up to 56 kn, which is a solid 11-12. We bring everything inside. Potted plants, trash cans, chairs, everything.

We are going to the construction site later. They are currently building the ground floor. I hope they didn’t start with the scaffolding yesterday.

I hope it’s not too bad in the north of [BW]. However, our house stands quite exposed and the wind is really strong from the west.

Anyone have an idea how to secure the Dixi?

a case of beer and refill after body passage?

Facing the same question and have decided that in case of doubt it will just be there tomorrow. Wouldn't know how to secure it.

Had already thought about depositing stones there.... Although, I still have some leftover roof tiles next to the front door... put those in there.... ?! Recently, in the building area, two little houses absolutely had to fall over during somewhat stronger wind.... How tight are the Dixis when they are lying on their side? Do they have something like a backflow preventer, or something similar?
