Pouring a slab foundation (4x4m) yourself: Is a concrete mixer suitable?

thank you, nicely clear and thanks for the understandable note on the load-bearing capacity of paving stones and walkway slabs: that actually helps me progress. So why doesn't everyone just calmly build the garage with walkway slabs + horizontal barrier?

If I follow the notes and recommendations here, then the following structure is sufficient:
Then there is nothing against the following construction for my project: walkway slab + joint sand, underneath 10cm gravel, underneath horizontal barrier, underneath 30cm RCL/crushed stone compacted.
And then only a strip foundation under the exterior wall.

Correct?

Because concrete is cheaper and faster if done by professionals.
