ask the house builder once?

I also find 30-40 payment items crazy. Totally unusual. The house builder didn’t do himself any favors either because that’s what comes out of it.

Usually, there are a maximum of 10 steps. That’s enough. When buying a car, you don’t pay at engine installation, tire mounting, and then delivery.

30-40 items are a lot, but it usually says in the contract that the developer may request a maximum of x partial payments. We had 13 items and paid 7 partial payments.

But that is not underperformance if it is not in the construction description!

But a Golf 6 instead. :D If there are supposedly 30-40 partial amounts listed, then probably every "pipsqueak" is billed individually after all. @TE: show the payment plan.

But your upper floor will hardly be planned as "open air". In the construction process, the laying of the beams will probably take the place of the concrete ceiling.

It doesn't really matter here if you supply the financing bank with construction progress reports. In the end, 100% is paid.
