What is the utility room supposed to include,
is there heating, ventilation, fuse box, water connection, photovoltaic, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. in it, then it is the warmest room in the house.
Or should it just be a storage room, then it does not need a door to the kitchen, where do you go now, for a new bag of coffee or milk.
Most people have that in the basement
