Plot directly at the forest edge

Hello! We have reserved a very nice plot of land that borders a forest directly on the west side. The trees are very tall. Depending on the season, there is hardly any sun in the garden. What disadvantages does this have, besides the fact that it can also make the house feel quite shady? What else should be considered? I am attaching a picture. How large is the area? How far from the forest could one build?

The property has 509 sqm. A 7m strip of woodland must be laid out at the edge of the forest. The maximum building depth is 12 m.
