Planning/Preparation of a deep drilling

We will probably also commission a deep drilling. In this regard, we have four offers that partly differ significantly. They are also structured and formulated very differently. What are the main key points to look out for in such offers? The seemingly cheapest company is not always the most cost-effective, and the most expensive does not have to provide the best quality.
