Hello everyone
I am new here and looking for help with the planning and implementation of a disability-friendly conversion of a former bakery into a residential loft.
Important to me would be tips and procedures so that I can take the first steps.
So far, I have realized my ideas using software and hope this gives a small impression.

Pictures of the current condition would probably also be useful, I think, and I will provide them later. Currently, the floor and walls are tiled as usual in a bakery. Below the rooms there is a basement with large rooms where, for example, flour silos used to be. One problem is the windows which, for whatever reason, are set higher than usual. Since I use a wheelchair, I cannot look outside from any window. I hope to receive a subsidy for this from Bayern Labo.
How should I best proceed?
Energy consultant?
I think a lot of information is still missing, which I would like to provide later. I hope you can support me a little and thus help realize my planned loft.
Regards
Maiky
