Hi,
We are moving into our new house next year. Since our kitchen is still quite new and in great condition, we would like to take it with us. It still needs to be supplemented with a cooking island, but then it will be perfect. Since we have no idea who offers something like this and what the costs are, I wanted to ask here if anyone has an idea!

Best regards
Michael

Well, the first step will be to go to where you got the other parts of your kitchen. I think the friendly suburb will tell you what is possible and what it might cost.

Not bad either Take a friendly salesperson, or your planner, they surely still have all the documents and can reinstall the cabinets. A house around it is usually pointless.

Ask a carpenter.

Or just rent a Sprinter and do it yourself.
If the kitchen stays as it is, then it's especially easy because you can reuse the countertop.

We're doing exactly that right now. The additional cabinets we still need have been ordered from where we bought the original kitchen. They are comparatively expensive because kitchen prices are always calculated in a strange way with packages and offsets, so it always becomes more expensive the less you buy. At the furniture store, we also rent a van, dismantle the old kitchen ourselves, haul everything to the new house, and rebuild it. A bit of craftsmanship is necessary.

I would recommend a local carpenter to you. He builds everything you want, and at least here, it's not more expensive than from the original kitchen manufacturer - quite the opposite. We only sourced the fronts from the kitchen manufacturer to ensure the exact same color. Thus, we got a similar kitchen with 3 new base cabinets and an adjusted arrangement of the appliances and cabinets, new claddings of the carcasses (different color than before), and a new countertop. The price was about 20% cheaper than from the kitchen manufacturer. The main point was the travel time of 2 fitters, which would have almost amounted to a paid working day.
