If it was one from Hark, Olsberg, Plewa, or any other fireplace manufacturer, the source would be enough for me, since they usually have their own photographers or the purchased rights do not require naming the photographer when distributing the image, the photographer has no interest in their copyright, and for the fireplace manufacturer, distributing it would be self-promotion.
