Lol.... no! It’s not that simple.

I don’t know the image you uploaded here. If it was one from Hark, Olsberg, Plewa, or any other fireplace manufacturer, the source would be enough for me, since they usually have their own photographers or the purchased rights do not require naming the photographer when distributing the image, the photographer has no interest in their copyright, and for the fireplace manufacturer, distributing it would be self-promotion.
But: it’s not that simple because we don’t know.

This "nonsense" is called copyright. I recommend a WISO broadcast from last week on the topic; it should be available in the ZDF media library. Rhineland greetings

Directly embedding a photo is prohibited, however mentioning a link to a photo is not. Unless you upload it yourself and link it.

Another question, why was the chimney not allowed because of the roof slope?

Correct, but links are not allowed here according to forum rules, and then it becomes difficult. Links to the manufacturer would certainly be the easiest, but then the link could also be seen as advertising, especially since manufacturers might get the idea to register anonymously in the forum and link to their own content. From a moderator's perspective, this always results in a fine line when deciding if this is the case in individual cases, which involves effort.
Of course, you could take a photo yourself, but where should you do that? In a dealer's showroom, the right to take photos might be restricted because of house rules. You would therefore possibly need to ask if you may take a picture there and also publish it. Maybe the dealer would then want their company name to be mentioned, and then it is advertising again...

Cleaning wouldn't be the problem, but as I have now heard, on the one hand there is no DIPT panoramic fireplace, so only room-air-dependent panoramic fireplaces exist, and these may not be connected to a LAS chimney, but instead need the supply air through a pipe in the base plate.

Since the topic is now quite annoying us and we have already spent so many hours on it, we are now taking such a corner fireplace: Test.Partnerdaten.Brunner.de/114726/GalleryImages/114726_%7B8D17BA4B-D848-4E57-B0D6-D947C34E6A9E%7D.JPG

P.S.
I hope the link works. I have now made it unrecognizable via "Remove link."

@Alex: I got the picture directly from the Spartherm homepage. If a forum does not allow links, a function should be implemented so that they can be inserted as plain text. That helps everyone. Completely without links and pictures is lame ...

We have a city villa with a hipped roof (or will have one) and the chimney would come out exactly at such an edge (means rafter, if I’m not mistaken). I can gladly upload our floor plan sometime (red = chimney, green = fireplace).
